Our (kitchen) chef Marc Müller is familiar with the forests around Hümmerich and therefore he offers a forest excursion where, in the best case, Mother Nature plays along so far that the participants will also discover chanterelles._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_

The afternoon will definitely be entertaining and close to nature. 

The guests start with a welcome drink and then go on a covered wagon to the places in the forest, where the forest excursion and mushroom hunt continues on foot. 

After the approximately two-hour forest experience, it goes back. No matter how the chanterelles played along, the stove is fired up at home in the kitchen of the Landhotel Fernblick and anyone who wants can look over the chef's shoulder. 

All guests can then look forward to a delicious mushroom dish with serviette dumplings and fresh chanterelles à la crème.
